Prices All prices shown on this website are in U.S. Dollars. Sales taxes will be added for all shipments to locations within Washington State.
How to Place your Order Our clearance lights are only available on-line through this website. Our lights are not sold through retail stores. If you have a question or would prefer to order over the phone, you may call us at 360-752-9126, Monday - Friday, 9AM to 4PM (Pacific Time).
Order Lead Time/Delivery Time We try to ship all orders by the next business day after the order is placed. Each light is shown with a quantity on hand, which means that this is what we have sitting on the shelf and ready to ship. In rare cases, however, we may take your order and then discover that the item is not available for shipping. In this case, we will regrettable cancel your order and notify you within 72 hours via email of the situation. Because of the great deals we offer, many of our items sell out quickly and there is no guarantee that the item will ever be available again in the price or quantity shown. Thus, to avoid missing out on our featured items, we urge you to act quickly.
We ship all lights to the continental United States via UPS from Bellingham WA, so please allow up to 1 week for delivery. To points outside the continental US, we use either the US Postal Service or FedEx Ground. If you require faster shipping time, please let us know at the time of order and we will calculate the additional expedited shipping charges for you.
Shipping Charges For orders shipping to locations inside the continental US or Canada, shipping is free. Canada orders will have 3% added to cover the brokerage fees, plus GST will be charged. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, we will add 20% to the order to cover the extra cost of shipping. If you desire faster shipping or shipping to points outside the US or Canada, please call us and we will calculate the extra shipping charges.
Credit Card Authorization and Charge Policy Orders will be processed pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, lodgelighting.com.com will charge your credit card. Your credit card bill will show the name Lodgelighting.com. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the credit to appear on your credit card statement depends on the issuer of the card (usually 2-5 business days).

Packaging & Freight Damage Because every light we sell is securely packaged in cushion wrap and/or biodegradable foam, we receive very few damage claims each year. Glass is wrapped separate from the fixture. Please note that despite these packaging efforts, items sometimes are damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged fixture, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace the item damaged as it came from the clearance inventory and generally, there is no replacement available.
Returns and Exchanges All sales are final and are non-returnable unless you feel that we have misrepresented an item's quality or condition or if we sent you the wrong item. Note: Except for items returned due to shipping damage or due to a mistake we made on your order, shipping charges are not refundable on returns.
